Up- or downregulated HSPs or HSP cochaperones are shown for each group. The gene Hsp68 being named more than once in different groups refers to separate transcripts sharing the same putative annotation (see Table S2). (B) Total DE genes for each species under different conditions. HSP gene names were sourced from Trinotate annotations and orthology was validated using phylogenetic analysis (Fig. 4).
