From: Resting-state fMRI functional connectivity of the left temporal parietal junction is associated with visual temporal order threshold

Figure 2

(Left) Brain regions demonstrating a significant positive association between the temporal order threshold (TOT) values and functional connectivity (FC) values seeded from the left temporal parietal junction while the gender effect was controlled. The Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) coordinates of center position of the seed area are put right after the name of it, in the bracket. The size of the whole target region is given in the number of voxels (each voxel size: 2 × 2 × 2 mm), and the name indicates the anatomical area the majority of the voxels belonged to. The color bars represent T scores. (Right) Scatter plots of functional connectivity (FC) parameters as a function of the temporal order threshold (TOT) at the peak voxel of each target region. The FC values for women are marked in red and for men in green. The black solid line represents a best fit for linear regression on a datasets with outliers (fit robust linear regression). The values of Spearman’s rho coefficients that measure the strength of association between the TOT and FC and their significance levels (p) are placed in the left upper corner of each scatter plot.
