(a) Curie temperature as a function of the change of lattice constant ‘a’ for MnSi films on Si(100) substrates. (b) The Curie temperature vs. the change of the cell volume of the same set of MnSi films. The Curie temperature basically stays around 43 K regardless the change of lattice constant or cell volume. The sample ID is indicated in the figures around the corresponding data point.
