Pipeline for MV geometric modelling, starting from noninvasive rt-3DE images of the valve. Cross sections of each image are first interactively traced, and then the segmented geometry is converted to a subject-specific triangulated mesh suitable for FE simulations (adapted from Rego et al.20).
