It can be observed that the x-axis represents time and the y-axis individual treatments Samples close to each other are more similar, thus their community structure is more similar than the community structure of more distant samples. The distance between individual samples is rank-based and not linear. The differentiation of the Zn and ZnNP treatment compared to the control becomes obvious over time, while there is no differentiation of Si and NP treatment, when compared to the control.
