DLGAP4 knockdown suppresses the proliferation and growth of HCC cells in vivo. (A) Cells transfected with shNC or shDLGAP4 were injected into mice. Mice were sacrificed after 4 weeks. Tumours were harvested from sacrificed mice, and their weights were measured and compared between the two groups.
