There is good discrimination between the two groups in the figure. (b) Plot of the OPLC-DA analysis model The horizontal axis in the figure is the first principal component, and the vertical axis is the second principal component. The number in parentheses is the score of that principal component, which indicates the percentage of the overall variance explained by the corresponding principal component. There is a good discrimination between the two groups in the figure.
