From: Highly efficient thin-film 930 nm VCSEL on PDMS for biomedical applications
p-on-n structure of the thin-film VCSEL by MOCVD. Etch stop layer was grown on the GaAs buffer to protect the upper epitaxial layers during the removal of the GaAs substrate with the NH4OH-based etchant.
