Schematic representation of a data-driven pipeline to establish a context-aware system inside the OR. Comprehensive Image: data from both the surgical and patient sides are combined. Data fusion and analysis techniques are employed to fuse data from different perspectives. Pre-emptive models are then developed to enhance surgical treatment by providing support to the medical staff (surgical and anaesthesiologic teams).
