The 25D3 variations in six weeks of experiment. Day 21 was the injection time of vitamin D injection in groups A and C. The procedure of variations in the six weeks in group B was increasing (P < 0.05). The procedure of variations in the six weeks in group D was decreasing (P < 0.01). The 25D3 concentration after the third week was not significantly different between groups A and B. however, it was significantly different between C and D (P < 0.05). The procedure of variations was significant in all groups (P < 0.05) except A day 21.
