From: Optimization of quasi-hemispherical CdZnTe detectors by means of first principles simulation
Detector performance comparison for the devices with the better resolution at their optimal working bias obtained measuring Cs-137. Detectors with 250 μm, 750 μm and 1500 μm pixels were compared. Measurements were carried out at 20 °C.
