From: Caves as wildlife refuges in degraded landscapes in the Brazilian Amazon
Standardized coefficients derived from mixed linear models tested to identify predictor variables of three community composition metrics (Jaccard dissimilarities, order turnover, local contribution to gamma-diversity) of total cave fauna and troglobionts. The models were fitted with data grouped by four sampling regions in southeastern Amazonia. All = full dataset, trog = troglobionts only.
