Anti-IL2 mAB and complex treatments significantly increase the frequency and activity of CD4 + effector T cells. Mice were infected with CHIKV and treated with IL2-based treatments on days 16–18 post-infection, and splenocytes were collected and stained for flow cytometry on day 19 post-infection.
