Lower nuclear NRF2 is detected in shPARP2 C2C12 cells. 1.5 × 106 sc/shPARP2 C2C12 were seeded in Petri dishes; a set of cells were treated with 1 µM olaparib for 24 h. Then cells were harvested by scraping and cells were fractionated. Protein from the indicated fractions were separated by SDS-PAGE and the separated proteins were blotted. Blots were developed with the antibodies indicated.
