Inceptor levels are unchanged in brain and cortex of HFD mice. Samples from hypothalamus, hippocampus, cortex, and pancreas from 24-week female C57BL/6 J mice previously fed a HFD versus control chow were assessed by western blot for Inceptor levels (a) and quantified compared to actin as a loading control (b). Unpaired t-test was used to determine statistical significance with p < 0.05.
