BTZ induces changes consistent with the establishment of an ER stress response. Cells were treated with (A) BTZ (5 µM, 5 h) or (B) Tunicamycin (12 µM) for either 5 or 18 h (O/N). RNA was then isolated and quantified by qRT-PCR. Bars represent the means of 3 biological replicates ± S.D.
