Conductive objects have higher EA pressures than dielectric objects. (b) Release pressure versus adhesion pressure from 100 to 400 V for a conductive object with an EA patch insulating thickness of t = 20 µm. The data clusters show that increasing the voltage increasing both the adhesion and the release pressure.
