Incorporation of dansyl cadaverine into FnBPA N1N2N3 by action of vWbp-activated FXIII. Mixtures incubated with dansyl cadaverine (lane1) or dansyl-ε-aminocaproyl-QQIV peptide (lane 2) were separated by SDS-PAGE and the gel was examined under ultraviolet light (A) and then stained with Bio-Safe Coomassie staining (B).
