Incorporation of dansyl cadaverine into FnBPA N1N2N3 by action of vWbp-activated FXIII. Mixtures incubated with dansyl cadaverine (lane1) or dansyl-ε-aminocaproyl-QQIV peptide (lane 2) were separated by SDS-PAGE and the gel was examined under ultraviolet light (A) and then stained with Bio-Safe Coomassie staining (B). The figures are representative of three independent experiments. Molecular masses of standard proteins are indicated on the left side of the panel. Arrows show the positions of FnBPA N1N2N3 domain.
