From: Propionic acid induces alterations in mitochondrial morphology and dynamics in SH-SY5Y cells
Protein levels of fusion and fission factors were unchanged after propionic acid (PPA) treatment. SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 3 and 5 mM PPA for 24 h. Protein levels were quantified using western blot analysis and expression abundance was normalized to total protein.
