Myocardial mitochondria from diabetic myocardium are characterized by mitochondrial swelling, loss of crest, and vacuolization. C control, D diabetic, DE diabetic exercise, DM diabetic MOTS-c treatment, DME diabetic exercise combined with MOTS-c treatment. The number of samples was 3 in each group.
