The upper graphs show Mean Absolute Distances (MAD) between the corresponding surface models and the lower graphs the Standard Deviations of the absolute distances (SD). The lines connect variables that show significant differences (p < 0.05) detected through Kruskal–Wallis, followed by Mann–Whitney U test (Bonferroni adjusted). Outliers are shown as black circles (further from the median more than 1.5 times the IQR) or asterisks in more extreme cases (further from the median more than 3 times the IQR).
