In vivo cell cycle analysis after UV irradiation. Stable cell lines expressing either WT or T191P eGFP-Polη and Polη-deficient XP30RO cells were mock treated or irradiated with 10 J/m2 of UV-C and incubated for 24 h. After fixation, the cells were stained with the intercalating agent Propidium Iodide and their DNA content was measured by flow cytometry.
