Significantly enriched Reactome pathways (with immune parent nodes reported to the right, child nodes to the left) for SES–DEG. The size of the circle signifies the number of genes that contribute to the significant enrichment in a pathway and the color of the circle indicates Cramer’s V, a measure of the magnitude of association. The overrepresentation analysis shows a predominantly upregulated antiviral immune response (Interferon signaling and neutrophil degranulation) and downregulation in proinflammatory pathways (NF-κB and toll-like receptor cascade) with high SES.
