The results are three repeats in each group on the third, seventh, and twelfth day (n = 3). Each rat has two full-thickness wounds on the back. Then, the right wounds received 4.5 µg ml−1 of the fusion peptide twice daily, and the left wounds were treated with PBS (as a negative control group).
