Segmentation results generated by the different models. The original tubule and ground truth mask are given for each of the 4 example images (one for each line row). The models’ predictions mostly agree with each other and the ground truth, especially for larger cysts. Smaller cysts are sometimes not detected or incorrectly predicted even though none are present.
