From: Multiparametric in vitro and in vivo analysis of the safety profile of self-assembling peptides
Effect of SAPs on THP1 cell death. THP1 cells (1 × 106 cells) were treated with increasing concentrations of each SAPs for 24 h, as described in experimental procedures, and cell death was determined by measuring 7AAD staining and flow cytometry. Data correspond to the percentage of 7AAD negative cells. Data are expressed by mean ± standard deviation of the mean from three independent experiments.
