Skin Sensitization. Effect of SAPs on THP1 cell death. THP1 cells (1 × 106 cells) were treated with increasing concentrations of SAPs for 24 h, and cell death was determined by measuring 7AAD staining and flow cytometry. (A) Concentrations selected to determine the expression of CD54 and CD86. The concentrations have been calculated from CV75 (concentrations that show 75% of THP-1 cell survival).
