Rats were subcutaneously administered 10 mL/kg of body weight as described in the experimental procedure. Animals were weighed at days 0, 2, and 5. Statistical analyses were performed by two-way ANOVA test with Bonferroni post-hoc test. Animals were weighed at days 0, 2, and 5. No significant changes regarding the control group were detected.
