  1. A positive status was observed when cytoplasmic staining for AFP and GPC3 was observed in 1% or more, and nuclear staining for SALL4 was observed in 10% or more.
  2. Samples from patients with AFP-H group showed immunohistochemical features of GAPEP, and all AFP-positive specimens were immunohistochemically positive for both GPC3 and SALL4.
