The observations of cell viability analysis using the MTT assay for MDA-MB-231 and MCF-10A cells after exposure to 5-FU-NPs were compared to those treated with crude 5-FU. The data is presented as the mean ± standard deviation (n = 3), and statistical significance was achieved with a significance level set at p < 0.05.
