From: Predicting quantum emitter fluctuations with time-series forecasting models

The experimental setup used to acquire the time-series datasets. (a) A schematic of the optical microscope used to measure the photoluminescence at a sample temperature of 4 K. A 532 nm continuous wave diode laser is used to excite the sample and a 532 nm long pass dichroic mirror and fluorescence filter is used to reject the laser light before focusing the photoluminescence into a grating spectrometer. (b) A schematic of the cross-section of the sample which consists of 1L-WS2 nanobubbles on a gold substrate. (c) An optical micrograph of the sample. The regions that contain the 1L-WS2 with nanobubble are outlined by the dashed lines.
