Cytotoxic effects of (C) PF06260933 and (D) GNE-495 on parental (SK-BR-3 and MCF-7) and radioresistant (SR and MR) cells. Cells were treated with PF06260933 or GNE-495 for 48 h and cell viabilities were assessed using the sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay. Results are presented as means ± SDs, ** indicates P values of  < 0.01 versus untreated cells.
