Each bar represents the mean ± SE of six replicates. Error bares represent standard deviation of each mean. Asterisks denote statistically significant differences at < 0.05 level as compared with positive controls (doxorubicin and paclitaxel). Control: untreated cancer cell line. MRS: MRS treated cell lines. Dla: treated cells with in-market probiotic strain (Lactobacillus acidophilus PTCC 1643). Y33 + Pronase: pronase treated Y33 secretion. Dox: treated cells with doxorubicin anticancer drug. Pac: treated cells with paclitaxel anticancer drug.
