Effect of polysaccharides on proliferation and migration of A549 cells. (a) Treatment of A549 cells with different concentrations of FVP-S1 and FVP-C was able to significantly inhibit the proliferation ability of A549 cells, and the best inhibition effect was observed at 200 μg/mL of FVP-S1. (b,c) Different concentrations of FVP-S1 and FVP-C were able to inhibit the migratory ability of A549 cells, and the inhibitory effect of FVP-S1 was better than that of FVP-C.
