Blue-scale bars show the structures on ground below the record flood elevation, resulting in negative values that represent depth (e.g., − 1.0 m means water is 1.0 m deep at those structures). Yellow-scale bars show the structures on ground just above the record flood elevation, which can be compared to RSLR rates to estimate projected flood exposure. Jurisdictions are listed from north to south.
