Effect of selected ligands on DP2 receptor activity. (A–D) Plotted are the averaged data of the effect of selected ligands on the DP2 receptor sensor activity. The measurements were performed analog to the measurements described in Fig. 1C. (E) Each agonist-evoked amplitude of the tested ligands was normalized to the amplitude of the reference concentration of PGD2 within the same well. The panels show the mean ± SEM of the DP2 receptor sensor activation from all experiments of the respective ligand and a curve fit to the pooled data (for illustration purposes only). PGD2 is depicted in gray, mPGD2 in blue, DK PGD2 in pink and indomethacin in black. The data for PGD2 were derived from Fig. 1 and are plotted for a better comparability.
