Tree of highest log likelihood from 500 maximum likelihood searches of a 35 OTU 16S data set containing 1576 characters conducted with Garli (v. 2.01) using the default settings. Taxa in bold are the new strains from L. geometricus (labeled Rhabdochlamydia1, 2, 3 and Chlamydiales1).
