TDF/TAF inhibited liver cancer cell migration. HepG2 cells were scratched with straight lines using a 10 µl pipette tip, after cells were treated with different concentration of (A) TDF or (B) TAF for 24 h. Then the cell migration was detected, and the migration rate was calculated (n = 3), at 0, 24, 48 and 72 h (100 ×). The results shown are mean ± standard deviation. *P < 0.05.
