RCR is the range at which mitochondria perform. The Gambel’s group are represented as orange boxes and Nuttall’s as blue boxes. Significant differences are represented with letters. X-axes are the five collection timepoints. Y-axis is the variable of interest. The top and bottom of the boxes represent the upper (75%) and lower quartiles (25%). The median is represented as the black line in the middle of the boxes. The whiskers are the minimum and maximum values falling within the interquartile range times 1.5.
