A 74-year-old man who had received 7 intravitreal brolucizumab injections and 26 intravitreal aflibercept injections before the initial intravitreal faricimab (IVF) injection. (a) Optical coherence tomography (OCT) shows a thick choroid and dilated large choroidal vessels underlying an attenuated choriocapillaris with retinal pigment epithelium detachment at the initial IVF. A fundus image shows subretinal hemorrhage. The injection interval was 14 weeks before the last intravitreal brolucizumab injection. (b) OCT shows no exudative change a year after initial IVF.
