  1. The Synechocystis-fungi flocculated biomass was obtained from the co-cultivation between Synechocystis (initial density of an OD730 of 0.2) and the isolated fungi (initial inoculation of 5 mg fresh weight) in the presence of 10 µM EM for seven days. Fungal identification and frequency determination were obtained from the analysis of total fungal ITS rDNA amplified from total DNA isolated from the flocculated biomass.
