  1. The variable importance of projection (VIP) value was obtained from the OPLS-DA analysis. Generally, metabolites with VIP ≥ 1 are considered to have significant differences. The P value was obtained from the Student's t-test, and metabolites with P value < 0.05 are generally considered to have significant differences. Fold Change (FC) was obtained from univariate analysis.
