Enrichment of miR-associated RE-RNAs Across blastocyst rate groups. The abundance of AKIRIN1 (a) and PHC3 (b) are plotted against miR-224-5p and miR-181b-1-5p, respectively. A proportion of mean abundance for each blastocyst rate group relative to overall mean abundance (across all samples) was used to normalize abundance between the genes and miRNAs of interest. AKIRIN1 includes: AKIRIN1-201; AKIRIN1-202; AKIRIN1-203; and AKIRIN1-204. PHC3 includes: PHC3-215; PHC3-214; and PHC3-209.
