Note To visually compare between indicators with various ranges, estimated means (\(\overline{x }\)) of each indicator have been rescaled based on the theoretical maximum value (\({max}_{x}\)) of each scale (i.e., \(\frac{\overline{x}}{{max }_{x}}\)). A larger rescaled score reflects a higher rank of an estimated mean.
