Overview of the ClinicalGAN framework to generate Patient Digital Twins (PDTs). The ClinicalGAN framework learns to simulate PDT journeys by leveraging past clinical trial data via a conditional generator. PDT simulations are stochastic in nature and thus simulate multiple possible trajectories that can be undertaken by patients based on their demographics and medical history.
