Comparison of simulation results between the (a) Master equation and (b) the Non-linear Stochastic Schrödinger equation(SSE). The population and coherence dynamics obtained from both methods show a strong agreement within the biological parameters window. This agreement demonstrates the validity of our SSE approach for modeling the microscopic dynamics of the COVID-19 infection process and highlights its potential for further investigation and analysis.
