Phylogenetic tree of fungal isolates based on 18S rDNA constructed using the Neighbor-Joining method in MEGA X. The accession number shown at the end of the branch and their closest relatives’ sequences from the GenBank accession number shown at the tip of the branch. Ustilago maydis accession number KP322952 was an outlier. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together are shown next to the branches.
