SCT normalized read counts in EECs. Several annotations show moderate SCT normalized read counts, but there is no annotation with significantly higher SCT expression than the others. N cells had the highest SCT expression, followed closely by K cells. EC, I, L, and D cells also expressed SCT. Additionally, the overlap of hormonal secretion between EECs is particularly striking when SCT is examined.
