In vitro evaluation of selected compounds. Worm viability was monitored under an inverted microscope at 1 h and 24 h after being treated with PZQ (128 µM), FAK inhibitor 14 (140 µM), and PF-03814735 (84 µM). Data were shown as the mean ± S.E.M. two-way ANOVA was used (* significance level at P < 0.05). The results were done in triplicates.
