Effects of HSP70 activity inhibition during liquid storage of pig semen at 17 °C on (a) ratio of intensity between JC-1agg and JC-1mon; (b) intracellular Ca2+ levels (Fluo3+) in viable sperm (PI); (c) intracellular superoxide levels (E+) in viable sperm (Yo-Pro-1); and (d) intracellular total ROS levels (DCF+) in viable sperm (PI). Different letters indicate significant differences (P ≤ 0.05) between experimental groups (0, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 μM of YM-1) on a given time point (0, 4, 10, 14 and 21 days).
